Mini key too registration

I have a registered VVDI2.
There is an application installed on the phone.
If I buy Xhorse VVDI mini key tool,I have to register it as a second device?

to use Minikeytool you need APP for Android or IOS , and valid account
then MiniKT need to be pair to account
