VVDI BMW TOOL DONT WORK FINE

Hi
I want to tell:
product dont work fine

1 I try to read bmw Z4 for programing, cant detect, cant read-
2 I try to change FA in bmw e90, it read OK but dont is able to change noting.
3 I try to update BMW CAS 3, cas dead, for 3 times cas dead, error 211
4 I try for coding bme e46, cant conect cant read nothing
5 I try to update HUD BMW e70, HUD dead, error 211
6 I try to read ISN OBD for EDC17 bmw , cant read
7 I try to update cluster bmw E60, cluster dead, error 211
8 I try to reset km in CAS 3 not +, cant change km.

I dont hapy with it, please chek it, I repeat product dont work
I engineer 30 years experience, with other tools all work fine,

if you dont make solution for all this isues, I go to ask my money back

Hard to say what did you do , as there is no complain on BMW tool from customer around the world
Because you not send any complain form with LOG , screen etc , we can not veryfi software issue
Forum is good to talk and exchange expirence
if you have problem , you should contact tech suppiort over complain form providing necesaitly information
we are ready to look that issue if you able to share more info

I also have a problem with vvdi BMW tool. I cannot synchronize CAS DDE on E61 after replacing the engine control unit. It seems to synchronize, but the auto transmission starts.

somebody swap ECu but not change ISN , so you can not synchro
change ISN first and then do synchro
