after update 1.60 I can't read CAS3 in bench

after update 1.50 to 1.60 I cant read CAS 3 in bench, it show fail..

with 1,50 version I read all CAS3 in bench and I can code it.read info keys all fine
now with 1.60 cant read CAS3
CAS4 yes
please chek it
off course I update v 1.6.0 and firmware 1.4.6

if I downgrade to 1.50 and firmware 1.4.3 then I can read CAS3 in bench again, I proof it

First update FW to 1.4.7 (not 1.4.6) and test SW1.6.0
