Cars with External BT module or HighLine SWCM

Cars with external BT module such as 5P0862335 , 7E0035730 , 7L6035730 , 5N0035730 , 3C8035730 , 1Z0035729 and radio RCD330 (6RD035187, 6R0035187, or with SWCM what can not support LowLine coding

1st - need solder emulator

Require SWCM(16) - HighLine
Need install MFSW Emulator
Emulator support LIN 1.3 and LIN 2.0
1) check if your SWCM have proper PIN location

If you have 5 or less , you need solder PINS from spare module (see picture below)

2) Install EMULATOR and solder connection wires

3) Select proper LIN configuration on EMULATOR and recode SWCM module ( Some 1K0 modules support both LIN (1,3 &
2.0)

If you want operate CCS from MFSW install proper stalk

2nd - Now need to solder MODULE
4) Solder output wires depend of module type

5) solder input wires and cut 2 tracks (this is 2nd airbag tracks, not in use) NO NEED solder BLACK wire, due to GND is already in Airbag loom, Black wire is need only if you want test MFSW separate

Because we use 2nd airbag tracks , you can not use dual AirBag ,Blue resitor is ONLY for emulate 2nd airbag in Passat

6) After proper CAN installation and POWER connection RED led stay ON (go OFF after Ignition OFF). When you connect MFSW over LIN wire WHITE LED start flashing, when you press CCS button (CCS is ON) , Green LED start illuminate, when module is working RED led illuminate, when module go to “sleep” RED and other led's are OFF

7) After proper connection you should see new module (3D) in Can Gateway list , please "register" it on Gateway Instalation list

9) Check and change if need Airbag loom
