EEPROM CAS4 - Program Turn Off

I have a problem with the BMW Tool interface with software 1.5.0. When I want to make a key from EEPROM to CAS4 + or CAS4, the program shows you to insert a clean key after pressing the oki for a moment does not respond and then turns off


I read that users' problem has this problem

I have also tried the lower versions of the Bmw Tool and it is the same

Do you have any recommendations on this matter ??

please post CAS dump to look , because is no complain for that option
