Problems with 1.4.9 and Windows XP

Today Was new update with nice changes, and I Was happy, that finally it will run on XP! But it still doesn't xD After updating to version 1.4.9, program crashes in exactly the same way that it did before, and because of the same file - WINKFP.dll. 1.4.6 had its problems, but it ran on XP.

Today I also discovered, that it can't save dump of CAS4+ with new ISN entered, despite the fact that it has this function and should do this.

Can I do anything with software opening issue? I don't know how running 1.4.9 with 1.4.6 WINKFP.dll file, affects on program funcionality, stability and safeness.
